Pricing Policy

1. License Model

Zuranote is sold as a one-time purchase perpetual license. You pay once and own the right to use the software indefinitely — there are no recurring subscription fees, annual renewals, or hidden charges.

Your license grants access to the version of Zuranote available at the time of purchase, along with all bug fixes and minor updates released within the same major version. Major version upgrades (e.g., version 1.x → 2.0) may be offered as optional paid upgrades, potentially at a discounted price for existing license holders.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee at their own discretion. This is entirely separate from the Zuranote purchase price and is beyond our control.

3. Account Requirement

A Zuranote account is required to purchase, activate, and manage your license. When you complete a purchase, the license is bound to your account. You must be signed in to your Zuranote account on a device to activate and use the software on that device.

Please ensure you use an email address you have ongoing access to. It is used for license recovery, purchase receipts, and important product communications. If you close your Zuranote account, your license will be deactivated. We recommend retaining your account for as long as you intend to use the software.

4. Device Activations

Each Standard License allows activation on up to two (2) devices that you own or control. Both devices may be active simultaneously.

If you need to move your license to a new device — for example, after replacing a computer — you may deactivate one of your existing devices from within your account dashboard to free up an activation slot. If you encounter issues managing your activations, contact our support team.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Zuranote does not collect, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance with their security standards.

Accepted payment methods are determined by Stripe and may include major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options depending on your region.

6. Taxes

Applicable sales tax, VAT, or other regional taxes may be calculated and added to your order total at checkout depending on your location and applicable law. The listed product price of $20.00 USD does not include taxes. The final amount charged, including any applicable taxes, will be displayed clearly before you confirm your purchase.

7. What Your Purchase Includes

Your one-time purchase includes:

• The full version of Zuranote available at the time of purchase
• All bug fix releases within the same major version (e.g., 1.0.1, 1.0.2)
• Minor feature updates within the same major version (e.g., 1.1, 1.2)
• Activation on up to two (2) devices via your Zuranote account
• Access to your purchase history and license details through your account dashboard

Your purchase does not include:

• New major version releases (e.g., version 2.0 and above), which may be offered as optional paid upgrades
• Priority or dedicated support beyond our standard response times
• Cloud storage, sync services, or any network-based features not described at the time of purchase

8. Price Changes

Zuranote reserves the right to change the price of its software at any time and without prior notice. Price changes do not affect licenses that have already been purchased. A license purchased at $20.00 USD remains valid regardless of any future price increase. Promotional prices or limited-time discounts are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed to be available at any future time.

9. License Non-Transferability

Your Zuranote license is personal and non-transferable. It may not be resold, gifted, or assigned to another individual or organization. The license is tied to the Zuranote account used at the time of purchase and is not valid without an active, signed-in account.

10. Refunds and Disputes

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. All sales are final. Refunds are considered only in narrow technical circumstances as described in that policy and must be requested within 15 days of purchase.

This Pricing Policy is effective as of March 2026 and applies to all purchases of Zuranote software and licenses.
